• C2CRM is 100% Web-Based (with 100% off-line capability) – C2CRM is 100% web-based meaning wherever there is internet connectivity you’ll be connected to the C2 server live.  However, if you don’t have internet connectivity (such as an outside sales person during a site visit), you can still use the system with the off-line capability.  Once the system is “live” again through internet connectivity, the laptop and server is automatically synced up.  The key point here is that when the system is in the Off-Line mode, it still retains 100% of the functionality that it has when it is “live”. 
• OnDemand or OnPremise Offering – Clear C2 can either Host your application through “Software as a Service” or sell you a license to implement on your site as an On-Premise application. 
• Integration Experience & Flexibility – Clear C2 has many years of experience integrating with backend systems.  They have pre-defined integration points with many of the major ERP systems in the marketplace such as JD Edwards, Mapics, BPCS, Great Plains and Lawson.  While C2 is written in HTML and Java Script, understanding the integration points and customization ability is all done through API’s, WebServices and XML.
